Friday, April 11: Mason City High School standout Sami Miller’s college team wins to Evansville Purple Aces

On Friday, April 11, former Mason City High School standout Sami Miller’s current college team, the Drake Bulldogs, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Evansville Purple Aces.

The game took place at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Purple Aces this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Tri-State Orthopaedics Field at James & Dorothy Cooper Stadium against Evansville Purple Aces.
