On Wednesday, April 16, former Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s current college team, the Loras Duhawks, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Simpson Storm.

The game took place at Simpson Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Storm this season.

The Duhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at Faber-Clark Field against Central Dutch.
