On Thursday, April 3, former Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s current college team, the Loras Duhawks, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Luther Norse.

The game took place at Faber-Clark Field. This was their second matchup against the Norse this season.

The Duhawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at Lynes Field against Wartburg Knights.
