Saturday, March 29: Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s college team wins to Cornell Rams

On Saturday, March 29, former Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s current college team, the Loras Duhawks, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Cornell Rams.

The game took place at Faber-Clark Field. This was their second matchup against the Rams this season.

The Duhawks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 at 2 p.m. at Faber-Clark Field against Luther Norse.
