On Friday, March 14, former Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s current college team, the Loras Duhawks, won 2-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the St. Catherine Wildcats.

The game took place at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Duhawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Fortune Road Athletic Complex against Otterbein Cardinals.
