On Thursday, March 13, former Waverly-Shell Rock Senior High School standout Emma Thompson’s current college team, the Loras Duhawks, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Wheaton Lyons.

The game took place at Fortune Road Athletic Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lyons this season.

The Duhawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 9 a.m. at Fortune Road Athletic Complex against St. Catherine Wildcats.
