Tuesday, March 11: Newman Catholic High School standout Josh Fitzgerald’s college team wins to Kansas Jayhawks

On Tuesday, March 11, former Newman Catholic High School standout Josh Fitzgerald’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their first matchup against the Jayhawks this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 1 p.m. at Siebert Field against Kansas Jayhawks.
