Bremer County’s 23 coaches earned an average salary of $30,895 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the 12th lowest average salary per county earned by coaches at Iowa post-secondary schools during 2022.

Bremer County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

Male coaches of men's teams received $35,545 on average in Bremer County, while female coaches in charge of women's teams earned an average of $25,975.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
