Spring New Student Orientation

Students are required to attend the new student orientation, to be held on Tuesday, January 10th, 2023. 

At orientation you will attend sessions pertinent to your academic and personal success, meet students with similar interests, and have the opportunity to navigate campus to help prepare you for success at NIACC from Day 1!

Spring 2023 New Student Orientation will start in Beem Center 200.  

Please check in a half hour before your orientation time.

Information 

HOUSING STUDENTS: Students will need to have their NIACC Student ID with them when they check into housing.  Your ID is your key into your room, as well as what you swipe for your meal plan.  If you have not had your NIACC ID created yet, you can stop by the Student Development office and they can take care of that for you.  If you have any specific questions about housing, you can contact any of the following staff: Jeremy Winters – Director of Housing – 641-422-4982 Housing Administrative Assistant – 641-422-4987

NOTE: Orientation postcards will be sent to families before orientation week begins. 

Housing students will be able to move in before or after their orientation is completed.
