Halloween Costume Parade - Show off your Costumes and parade down State Street
Line up in front of the Chamber Office at 5 pm
Parade starts at 5:15 pm - will start at Chamber, go west to Dodge Street then south to Nebraska Street, and finally east on Nebraska Street to end up at the Trunk or Treat event at the First United Methodist Church
