2022 State Landlord Convention
Join us for the Landlords of Iowa State Convention! Hosted this year by the North Iowa Landlords Association, the event will be held in Clear Lake, IA. The event will offer expert speakers on a wide range of relevant topics, professional networking and development opportunities for housing/real estate professionals, community leaders, and a variety of other information.
The cost to attend is only $129 through September 15! After the 15th, the registration cost will be $149. You can register by mailing payment directly to:

Best Western Hotel Lodge
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Best Western Hotel Lodge in Clear Lake, conveniently connected to the Diamond Ballroom where the convention will be held.
A room can be reserved at a discounted rate of $119 plus fees and taxes anytime through September 12th. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their rooms as soon as possible. Check in time for all rooms is 3PM and check out is 11AM.
