Census Bureau: More women than men in Dumont in 2020

Of the 586 people living in Dumont in 2020, 54.3 percent (318) were women and 45.7 percent (268) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Iowa Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 2. In the 65 and over age range, there were 103 females and 89 males.
