We tend to be overwhelmed, stressed, and frustrated when we have too much stuff surrounding us. Does your home give you the calming feeling you need when you wake up, come home, or enter the kitchen to make a meal? Do you desire a functional, and serene space to relax in? I am here for you, like a personal trainer, I come along side you and hold no judgement, and coach, and encourage you along the way and actually get in your space hands on to help sort, rearrange and transform a space. You don’t need to feel the shame, you deserve to enjoy having others enter your home, and have more time and money for yourself.
I look forward to sharing with you in January the challenges that hold us back when considering downsizing. So many questions we can ask ourselves, the whole idea seems daunting. Where does one begin with all the stuff we have accumulated? How do I decide what to keep and what to get rid of? The questions can mentally exhaust us. Don’t worry, there is answers, and it is possible. There can be a lot of reflection, letting go, and embracing the moment. It is so worth it, a blessing to you and your family when you choose to downsize and sort through the layers of stuff instead of putting it off for your children or someone else.
