Hancock County Health System recently issued the following announcement on October 04.
- Testing — HCHS does outpatient symptomatic and exposure testing Monday–Friday at specific times during the day for people who meet qualifications with most test results same day. Call to schedule an appointment at the Britt Medical Clinic: 641-843-5050.
- At-Home Test — You can pick up a test at HCHS Community Health in Garner or at HCHS Hospital in Britt. This boxed kit must be activated on-line and sent to the state for results. Results within 2-4 days. People who want to pick up their kit in Garner at Community Health, call: 641-923-3676. Those who want to pick up their kit in Britt at the hospital's main entrance, call: 641-843-5000.
- Travel COVID Tests — Due to shortage of testing supplies, HCHS does not do travel COVID testing at this time.
