Waverly Municipal Hospital issued the following announcement on September 28.
Waverly Health Center has opened its new Emergency Department located on the south side of the building. The former Emergency Department is no longer in service.
Patients seeking emergency care can use the new blue entrance located on the corner of 8th Street SW and 4th Avenue SW. Access to the emergency department is also available through the green parking lot. Exterior signage around the hospital will direct patients to the new entrance.
