Parkersburg Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement.
Now that RAGBRAI 2021, the 48th edition of the Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa, has pedaled off into the sunset, many area citizens and business owners are expressing the same thought – it was tons of fun, but the numbers were somewhat less than expected.
