Census Bureau: More men than women in Marble Rock in 2019

Of the 321 people living in Marble Rock in 2019, 48.9 percent (157) were women and 51.1 percent (164) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Iowa Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 97-to-84. In the 65 and over age range, there were 61 females and 35 males.
