Of the 136 people living in Rock Falls in 2019, 44.9 percent (61) were women and 55.1 percent (75) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the North Iowa Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 52-to-32. In the 65 and over age range, there were 15 females and 11 males.
